Tributes have been paid to the ICU nurse who was shot dead by a border patrol official in Minneapolis. Friends have rejected claims from the White House that Alex Pretti was a "domestic terrorist". Mr Pretti, a 37, was shot dead during a protest against Donald Trump's immigration policies in the city on Saturday.
