Ukraine says at least 20 people have been killed and dozens injured in missile and drone attacks on the western city of Ternopil. Russia has stepped up its bombardment of Ukraine's energy infrastructure in recent weeks. It happened as Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visits Turkiye for talks he says are aimed at reinvigorating peace negotiations. Meanwhile, Poland has announced its closing Russia's last operating consulate in the country, located in the city of Gdansk. It comes after the Polish government blamed Russia for an attack on a railway line that led to the border with Ukraine. Moscow has denied involvement in the incident.
