Azerbaijan Airlines says it's preliminary findings show the plane crash that killed 38 people in Kazakhstan was caused by "external physical and technical interference". This comes as reports have suggested that Russian air defence systems were behind the crash. However, the Kremlin has previously said it has nothing to add.
