Bodycam footage shows police's initial encounter with Luigi Mangione

Newly released footage shows officers’ first interaction with Luigi Mangione inside a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Mangione was arrested in December 2024 and is facing trial for the killing of the UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in midtown Manhattan that month. In the video, Mangione can be heard telling officers his name is 'Mark Rosario'.
