The Israeli prime minister's office has said that the release of three hostages held by Hamas in Gaza will take place after 2pm (UK time) today. In a statement, it also said four other living female hostages would be freed in seven days. The process of transferring the three Israeli hostages to the Red Cross in Gaza has begun, local media are reporting. As we have been reporting the three women being released are Emily Damari, 28, Romi Gonen 24 and Doron Steinbrecher, 31.
