Europe is struggling to keep pace with the US in building global tech giants. Of the world’s 50 biggest tech companies, just four come from the European Union. Now Brussels wants to change that. A new plan “EU Inc.” aims to let founders register a company within 48 hours under a single set of European rules. The goal: make it easier for start-ups to scale across the bloc.
