Canadian police identify school shooting suspect as 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaar

Canada's Prime Minister Mark Carney says the country is in mourning, after the worst school massacre in more than three decades. At least eight people have been killed. The attacker also died and has been named as 18-year-old Jesse Van Rootselaar, who identified as female after transitioning six years ago.
