In The Gambia, tensions at sea are turning violent in a standoff between local fisherman, and foreign-owned trawlers. One local industry official called the growing number of incidents a 'sea war.' Desperate local fisherman are attacking foreign trawlers, and even turning on each other, over the waters off West Africa.
