Cuba honours killed security officers: Remains of those killed in Venezuela return home

Cuba has received the remaining security personnel from Venezuela. Since a failed Washington-backed coup in 2002, Cuba has provided Venezuela with doctors, teachers, and counter-intelligence and security personnel, often in exchange for petroleum.
