Desperation leads to looting of aid trucks: UN says famine-like conditions not alleviate

Gaza needs up to 600 aid trucks every day, just to meet basic humanitarian needs of the starving population. But Israel has only been allowing a fraction of that to enter the Strip - around 67 trucks a day on average.
