DR Congo-Rwanda peace deal: Leaders sign accord alongside US in Washington DC

It's a deal described as the beginning of a new path to peace. Leaders from Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo have signed an agreement aiming to end the long-running conflict in eastern DRC.
