Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the European Council Antonio Costa spoke to the press in Brussels, as the EU approves 19th package of Russian sanctions. Costa said, as "Russia is increasing the strikes" against civilians and their facilities, the EU must "continue" to support Ukraine for "lasting peace". Zelenskyy said, "Russia does not show that they want to stop the war".
