The leaders of France, Germany, Poland and the UK are heading to Ukraine to discuss plans for a ceasefire with Russia. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he will be hosting a summit in Kyiv with the leaders of the so-called 'Coalition of the Willing.'
