Fighting flares in DR Congo within hours of Trump’s peace deal ceremony

Renewed fighting in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo has killed at least 23 people, including children. The violence between Rwandan-backed M23 rebels and government troops happened a day after a US-backed peace agreement was signed in Washington, between the leaders of the two countries.
