Finland probes Russia-linked oil tanker over undersea outage | DW News

Finnish authorities are investigating whether a ship which left a Russian port may have damaged a power cable connecting Finland and Estonia. The cable, which runs under the Baltic Sea, was disconnected from the grid on Christmas Day. Finnish authorities have described the incident as 'grave sabotage'.
