Fire tornado forms in California wildfire

A fire tornado has been spotted as the Palisades fire continues to burn through the San Fernando valley in California. Fire tornadoes form as the intense heat of wildfires causes clouds to develop, which then rotate at high speeds in strong winds. The Santa Ana winds have brought gusts of more than 70 miles per hour.
