Former Philippines president records message for supporters on his way to ICC

Rodrigo Duterte, the former president of the Philippines, has vowed to "continue to serve" his country despite facing prosecution by the International Criminal Court. In a message recorded on the flight to the ICC in the Netherlands on Wednesday, he said for "what happened in the past, I will face it for our law enforcement and military."
