A former detective in Greater Manchester Police's serious crime division has been jailed for 19 years for stealing 4kg of cocaine from an evidence store to sell on the streets. Andrew Talbot was investigated after CCTV footage emerged of him dealing the drugs outside his daughter’s primary school.
