Gaza hunger crisis: Families struggling to survive on one meal a day

A mother and her six children, displaced from northern Gaza to a makeshift tent in Deir el-Balah, now struggle to secure even one daily meal, relying on canned food as aid supplies dwindle. Gaza faces an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, with families forced into dire conditions, relying heavily on aid that barely reaches them. The UN reports that 80% of Gaza’s population now depends on humanitarian assistance, yet only 30-40 trucks enter daily compared to hundreds last year, leaving children and women especially vulnerable to malnutrition.
