Thousands of critically ill patients in Gaza are trapped, unable to access life-saving treatment due to border closures and Israeli restrictions on medical evacuations. The World Health Organization says at least 18,000 people urgently need to leave for medical care, but with crossings largely sealed, many face amputations or death. Among them are Amna, who risks losing her leg without surgery abroad, and Ahmed, a kidney failure and prostate cancer patient who has already lost one limb. Gaza's collapsing health system cannot provide the treatment they desperately need. Al Jazeera's Hind Khoudary reports from Gaza City.
