Greenland and Denmark say Trump set on ‘conquering’ territory after meeting

Denmark says fundamental disagreements remain with the US over the future of Greenland. President Donald Trump has said he wants to take over the territory 'one way or another', arguing anything short of full American control is unacceptable. But, during a meeting with Vice President JD Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, the foreign ministers of Denmark and Greenland said they made it clear they were willing to cooperate on security without relinquishing ownership.
