Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been criticized by allies over the worsening humanitarian crisis. But he says he has a three-part plan: The first phase is approving basic food deliveries. The second would see US companies distribute food. In the third phase, a so-called 'sterile zone' free of Hamas would be created - where Palestinians should move to receive aid. Netanyahu also said that Palestinians who go to the planned 'sterile zone' in the south "don't necessarily go back."
