Spain’s prime minister has declared three days of mourning in the country following a high-speed rail crash on Sunday. At least 40 people were killed when a train derailed and collided with another in southern Spain. Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has cancelled his trip to the World Economic Forum in Davos and has ordered an investigation into the cause of the accident.
