Hillsborough campaigner: 'They did lie, they did cover up, they did alter statements'

Twelve officers would have faced gross misconduct investigations after a series of failings by police before, during and after the disaster, the IOPC says, but, as no one will be held to account, the report is a "bitter injustice" for bereaved relatives.
