Hong Kong on high alert as Typhoon Wipha brings heavy rain and winds

Hong Kong remains on alert as the eye of Typhoon Wipha passes south of the city. Winds of more than 118 kilometres per hour are expected to hit the city - which is already being pounded by heavy rain. People have been told to stay indoors, and hundreds of flights have been cancelled. Terry Wong is a Manager of Local Disaster Relief with the Hong Kong Red Cross.
