Hundreds of thousands of Gaza students remain without access to education

According to the United Nations’ children agency, more than 92% of Gaza schools have been partially or completely destroyed. At least 87% will require significant reconstruction before they can function again, it said in a recent report. This has left about 658,000 school students out of regular schooling for the second academic year in row.
