Kemi Badenoch has said she was "absolutely horrified" by the shooting at Bondi Beach. It comes as Anthony Albanese says the Australian government is considering tougher gun laws after 15 people were shot dead in the terror attack on a Jewish event. Badenoch said: "After what we saw in Manchester just a few months ago in the UK , it is quite clear that there are people targeting Jewish people on the basis of their ethnicity and their religion and that needs to be stopped."
