Shadow housing secretary Kevin Hollinrake tells Sky News that "it's about time" Sir Keir Starmer made the trip Kyiv. The prime minister is in Ukraine to sign a new 100-year agreement to provide support to the country alongside president Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It's his first trip there in the top job. Mr Hollinrake says that this is an "economic and a security partnership to make sure what has happened in Ukraine can't happen again".
