'Increasingly common' for foreign states to use British nationals to commit crime

Head of counter-terrorism at the Metropolitan Police, Commander Dominic Murphy, spoke to Sky News ahead of the sentencing of the gang jailed for a Russian-ordered arson attack on a London warehouse providing aid to Ukraine.
