In a rare addresss, Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, vowed that Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza would emerge with new leaders and not back down, after a wave of Israeli strikes that killed the groups’ senior figures.
