Iranian state TV shows IRGC Quds Force commander in Tehran

Iranian state TV has broadcast images showing the commander of the Quds Force, who hasn’t been seen in public for several weeks. Esmail Qaani was seen at a memorial ceremony for a senior Revolutionary Guard commander who was killed in Lebanon.
