It’s Donald Trump’s first NATO summit of his second term. On his way there, he posted a screenshot of a text message he received from NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. In the message, Rutte says: “You are flying into another big success in The Hague this evening. It wasn’t easy, but we’ve got them all signed onto five percent.
