Israel strikes Beirut's suburbs | DW News

Israel on Monday renewed its strikes on Beirut's southern suburbs, after issuing a warning that it would target branches of a financial firm d to the Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah. Lebanon was drawn into the Middle East war last week when Hezbollah attacked Israel in response to the killing of Iranian supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei by US-Israeli strikes.
