Israeli strikes hit near Beirut airport; Lebanon accuses Israel of escalating aggression

Israeli airstrikes have intensified near Lebanon’s Beirut Airport, with some missiles landing close to its runways. These attacks, along with strikes in southern and eastern Lebanon, have raised tensions, as Hezbollah also escalates its military operations. Lebanon’s Prime Minister Najib Mikati has condemned the international community’s silence, while residents, including those in Baalbek, continue to endure significant losses and damage to infrastructure.
