Ivory Coast votes amid anger over exclusion and extended presidency

Voters in the Ivory Coast are choosing their next president. The vote will test whether economic gains can offset anger at political exclusion. Five candidates are running for the top job. President Alassane Ouattara—who's been in office for 15 years—is seeking a fourth term. He changed the constitution to enable himself to serve more than two.
