Jenrick 'called everything from a vigilante to Batman' after confronting fare dodgers

The shadow justice secretary has told Sky News that he wants authorities to "take action" after he released a video earlier this week of himself apprehending fare dodgers at Stratford station. When asked by Sky's Trevor Phillips about the video, which he posted on social media, Mr Jenrick said: "I've been called everything from a vigilante to Batman in the last few days." He added that he was "fed up" with people not paying to use public transport, and asked: "Why are we paying when other people are getting away with it?"
