Emergency crews battling to bring the Los Angeles wildfires under control are preparing for more dangerous weather. The National Weather Service has issued a rare warning of a "particularly dangerous situation" starting Monday night and continuing into Tuesday. The high winds that stoked the flames are forecast to return to Southern California. The fire chief in Los Angeles says the threat remains 'very high'. Several major fires continue to burn throughout the city and are only partly contained.
