US secretary of state Marco Rubio has described Donald Trump as a "president of action" and says he's committed to Gaza's demilitarisation and will "pursue it with all his heart." At the signing ceremony for Trump's 'Board of Peace', Mr Rubio said the Board will "serve as an example of what's possible," hitting out at existing international organisations for failing to achieve peace in the Middle East.
