Marco Rubio to face US Senate questioning on Venezuela

Watch live as US Secretary of State Marco Rubio testifies in the Senate about President Donald Trump's Venezuela policy. The hearing follows US airstrikes on Caracas and a military operation in early January in which Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, were captured and taken to New York to face federal charges, according to U.S. authorities.
