Mozambique elections: Preliminary results point to ruling party victory

Election officials in Mozambique say early results from Wednesday's presidential election show the ruling Frelimo party in the lead. The commission was supposed to release results for all provinces on Sunday -- but so far, they're only from the capital, Maputo. Observers have reported widespread irregularities.
