Federal judges have ordered the US administration to continue funding SNAP, the country's largest food aid program. Around 40 million Americans depend on it. Funding was set to end in November, amid a government shutdown, with federal employees continuing to miss their paychecks. President Donald Trump says he's willing to keep the funds flowing.
