Pacific Islands leaders meet in the Solomon Islands with climate change, security on agenda

This year's Pacific Islands Forum, being held in the Solomon Islands, has begun with the signing of a treaty to help places vulnerable to climate disasters. It's aimed at giving affected islands faster access to funds when catastrophes strike. Australia's aiming to grow its presence as it competes with China for influence in the region.
