Pakistan’s health workers fight the spread of polio

Pakistan has launched a polio vaccination campaign to immunise 11 million children under the age of five. At least six cases have been recorded this year, but security threats, harassment of medical teams and cross-border movement are hampering efforts to eradicate the virus.
