Rescue efforts are underway at the site of a plane crash near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. The transport ministry says a total of 67 passengers and crew were on board the Azerbaijan Airlines flight. The number of reported survivors continues to vary. A video verified by AP news agency appears to show the moment the plane crashed.
