Russia and Belarus have launched joint military drills, which some of their neighbors are watching nervously. The exercises, called Zapad 2025, will run until Tuesday. The drills come just days after a Russian drone incursion into Polish airspace, which has stoked already heightened NATO concerns about the threat from Russia. The Kremlin has dismissed fears over the exercises as "emotional overload." However, Moscow did use similar drills to launch its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
