Protests sweep Cameroon after 92-year-old Paul Biya wins eighth term

The world's oldest president has been re-elected for an eighth term in office. Cameroon’s Constitutional Court has declared 92-year-old President Paul Biya the winner of this month's election, extending his four decades in office.
