Marks and Spencer has warned retail crime is getting "more brazen" after shelves in a store in Clapham were stripped in a "steaming" attack. Adam Hawksbee, head of external affairs at M&S, told Sky News the government should mandate intelligence tools for police forces that allow retailers to share information about retail crime. The comments came after a series of incidents where gangs of youths ransacked shops after arranging link-ups on social media.
