The head of the Royal Navy Admiral Sir Ben Key, has apologised after a damning report into alleged misconduct onboard submarines, found evidence of misogyny, bullying and other forms of unacceptable behaviour. Former lieutenant Sophie Brooke previously told Sky News: "There is sexual assault, sexual harassment, and misogyny is widespread within the Submarine Service."
