Russia and Ukraine agree to swap 1,000 prisoners each after peace talks in Istanbul

Ukraine and Russia have reached a mutual agreement to exchange 1,000 prisoners of war each, following their first direct talks in over three years. Delegations met in Istanbul with hopes to pave the way toward peace.
