Russia declares unilateral Easter truce; Ukraine says attacks are ongoing

Russia has declared a temporary truce in Ukraine until the end of Easter Sunday, calling on Kyiv to follow suit. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he will only reciprocate a genuine ceasefire. He's proposing a 30-day extension.
